What To Expect

We are excited to be back to in-person worship on Sunday mornings!

As health and safety guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic evolve,
our worship service and opportunities for fellowship will as well.  Check back for the most up-to-date information.

COVID-19 guidelines

At this time, we are observing the following guidelines for in-person worship, as set by the VirginiA United Methodist Conference:

  1. If you have a fever over 100. 4 degrees Fahrenheit, or if you are sick or have been in contact with someone who is sick - you must stay home.

  2. Masks must be worn at all times while in the church building (and properly please - over your mouth and nose.)

  3. Remember to practice social distancing at all times.  Families may sit together.

  4. Plan to give your name and phone number, and affirm your health with the door greeter.

  5. A seating usher will seat you according to the Conference guidelines on social distancing; please follow all instructions from the seating usher.

  6. We still cannot sing (but hopefully soon!)  There will be instrumental music and/or pre-recorded solos and musical offerings, and you may hum or quietly say the words.

  7. Bulletins are provided if you would like, but the service order and words are also available on the TV screens in the sanctuary.

  8. If you develop any symptoms of COVID-19 during the week after being at Sunday service, contact the church office immediately to let us know.
